Cut an index card in half.
Trim it so it is a little bit smaller than your folder
Write Name at the top, and draw a line
Add lines if needed
Add the questions. (Sorry it's sideways. :p)
And put it into your folder!
Tomorrow: Pencils! Get your toothpicks ready!
